In addition to the shareholders meeting, on July 20, 2019 at 2 p.m. immediately following the shareholders meeting. The board of directors of RDS Estates, Inc. will also hold their 2019-20
elections for the following offices:
• President currently held by Melvin "Ned" Vail, Sr.
• Vice President currently held by Irene Young
• Secretary currently held by Mel Vail, Jr.
• Treasurer currently held by Robert Shelton
Together, RDS Estates, Inc. Trustee’s (living heirs), Board of Directors and officers are all committed in persevering the legacy of Robert & Daisy Shelton and their estate.
As direct or indirect heirs of Robert & Daisy Shelton and we stand with pride & honor to proclaim, we still have in our family procession, the land Robert & Daisy purchased over 100
years ago.
Let us not forgot the many black families who had land in the mid-1900’s, only to have it taken away by force. Therefore, we encourage EVERYONE to participate in these elections by either voting
for the current officers, nominating someone for the open positions or nominating yourself.
